You definitely feel the boost! I drink this at the start and during my workouts, it definitely gives me the extra kick I need to push through whatever I'm doing. Chest day, leg day, Hitt, it doesn't matter!

Grape flavor is good choice ,, tasty and good at workout. It is not sour as what I thought nor much sweet. It is really good one.

This is one of my top 2 flavor favorites in the Amin.o energy drink line. It takes great, and I like to drink it in the morning to give me a boost before my workout.

Taste awesome, no weird side effects, (my lips have never tingled after taking it), and it gives me a boost to get my booty going. Draw back? Energy doesn't last long. Super bummer. My advise is to slam it right when you get to the gym, or start stretching for that run. (Ikyk to stretch first! Cold muscles don't like moving! ) So I recommend for us ladies as a good pick me up pre booty shaking to help boost us to our best.
