Product has been around awhile. Used to buy it in store but they dropped my flavor in-store, so I save for later and order online with other orders. The powder instead of premade gives you the option to adjust the strength or mix with OJ/Tea/Lemonade or even a lil soda instead of water. Goes great with a blender-bottle.

I love this grape one. I do add grape water flavoring as the taste is super light. I get energy but it doesn't last more than an hour. Which is fine because it's just getting to the gym and starting workout that I need the boost for. I haven't noticed any other benefit.

The taste is amazing and tolerable unlike many other energy powders. The boost is great but fades QUICKLY. It doesn't make it through a workout. This is a boost you'll need to take after you arrive at the gym. The container is misleading to the amount you actually get. The container is about half to a quarter empty upon opening. One of these will last about 2 weeks with taking 2 scoops daily.

I've been taking this Amino acid supplement for many years before I work out at the gym. I like the fact that the caffeine comes from natural sources such as green tea just the right amount of energy without being too over the top two scoops before you go to work out good little energy burst I would highly recommend it really with no side effects after the fact, not keeping you awake at night.

very good and mild energy effects, not too overwhelming with caffeine content. very refreshing strawberry flavor and can always take a extra scoop if needed for extra energy. nice price point

I started drinking this every morning,it helps me to get through a 8 hr day. The flavors are wonderful sometimes I add it to my lemonade for a extra boost.. Great product, Walmart has a great price. Thank you!!

This was a great way to get my Amino Acids. It was locally accessible at Walmart, not overly expensive, and taste great. Definitely noticed the benefits.

This is my new favorite workout drink! The grape taste is delicious and it mixes well with a little water and ice and fully dissolves.

This product is not full. it is only the 3d part of container. $25.00 for that amount of product is an scam. I won't buy it again.

it says same great taste but it's not. it tastes like childrens cough syrup. I made the mistake of buying this one when I thought it was the original, this one is with hydration. I have been buying the original for over 7 years they cannot claim the taste is the same.
