Best Pre workout Just the right amount of caffeine I'm able to take regularly and still able to sleep through out the night. Which is not the case with other pre workouts I've tried

The blueberry lemonade flavor is fantastic! I also have the fruit punch flavor that is good but it pales in comparison to this flavor. And taste aside, I feel like it has just the right amount of caffeine. As for the other workout-supporting ingredients like creatine, it seems to be helping me get in shape a bit faster (could be my imagination but I feel/see my physique changing more). 10/10 would buy again, just wish they sold these in larger sizes or bulk!

I take this product in the am before a bike ride. It gives me energy. Love the flavor, too.

This is my favorite pre workout! I use it almost daily and gets me warmed up and ready!

i've taken ON/GS pre-workout a few times with the intention of working out! i got hyper focused, energized and just ended up going grocery shopping/doing 50 laps there instead! seems to work well for working out too haha!

Best pre-wprkout I've ever had. Tastes exactly like blueberry lemonade and mixes fast. Also it doesn't make me jittery but still gives me that warm tingly feeling. Gets me through my workouts.

Overall a great pre workout for moderate stim sessions. It is able to be double scooped for leg days, but I'd recommend getting a higher stim pre workout for said sessions.
