after tons or reasearch these are comparable to the best vitamin supplements i could find in the amounts necessary to make a difference at a much more affordable cost per dose. i lo e that it includes several important vitamins most supplements are lacking, like iodine

For Women who Need to Stay Balanced
I have a very stressful job in a NYC hospital and definitely needed a multi-vitamin for a middle aged female. I tried several, and to be honest, most were quite difficult to digest. Another professional who had been taking Opti-Women told be that she took it and felt great. It was easy to digest too. I settled on Opti-Women after trying it for several months. I believe it is the best vitamin I ever taken and took it during the Covid-19 pandemic this past 15 months. I really do believe it helped keep me on an even keel when exhaustion was always close by. I will continue to take Opti-Women.
