Great product! No more stomach aches!
Ive always had trouble with other proteins giving me stomach aches or not sitting right. This one made all the difference. Only minor set back would be the taste 4/5.

Tastes great and mixes really well. I mix with skim milk and there is no residue.

Okay the taste feels very chemical I guess that's why it's velocity vanilla. the after taste is what kills it. the quick digestion is 100% true and was useful when taking it before a workout. I've used both the whey and whey isolate and saw a difference. Overall a great option for gains but if you care for taste your not missing much aside from the quicker digestion.

Great for lifting 3+ days a week
If you're 40 or over, you may feel you need more recovery time. I lift 6 days a week and I think hydrowhey helps a lot. 2 shakes a day. 1 or both right after lift. I deducted a star because it's a little pricey.
