Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Pre-Workout Powder, Fruit Punch, 300 g

So far after 3 uses, it seems to be working. I don't notice any bad effects. It doesn't seem to be type to give you the jitters, which isn't a bad thing. However, I kinda enjoy the itchy forehead when I've taken some pre-work outs. Overall, this pre-work out does its job.

This is a Great Pre Workout. It gave me a ton of energy and I wasn't nearly as tired as I usually am after a workout. Honestly, I didn't how much it would help me to focus, but I was definitely aware of how much more focused I was during my workout. Also, I'm not usually here for fruity flavors like the options for this pre workout, but by my surprise, the blueberry lemonade tasted amazing! I would totally recommend to anyone looking for a pre workout that can benefit them.

After trying countless pre-workouts and researching different companies/ingredients, I came across Optimum Nutrition products and I could not be happier! The flavors are delicious and it gives me a GREAT energy boost to get my day started and have a successful workout - all before work! There is no crash, just consistent energy and it's affordable!

No heart palpitations, optimal energy, good taste (fruit punch), no allergies. Overall good product.

O.N. preworkout is great tasting and doesn't have that chemical "rush" feel that some of the other preworkout powders on the market tend to have. Great steady energy to get through the long workouts without feeling like your heart will jump out of your chest.

Taste: Amazing. Truly taste like any fruit punch sport drink out there. Consistency: I try to mix the powder for 30 seconds in a shaker, sometimes it is smooth other times it can be grainy or chalky. Performance: Definitely can tell the difference with pre-workout and without. No jittery feelings, no skin itch that can come with beta alanine.

This pre workout works very well. I've tried fruit punch in the past and enjoyed it. I got the watermelon flavor recently and do NOT like the taste. I have to mix it with my watermelon Amino Energy powder to mask the flavor because it's so bad. It might just be me but it's awful- like drinking tap water through a dirty towel. Going back to fruit punch next time.

Gold Standard Pre-Workout gives me the energy I need without the jitters of too much caffeine. Love the Creatine in there too.

My favorite brand and favorite preworkout. Best flavor and effectiveness. Only drawback is it does have creatine mono hydrate and you need to drink it with 16.9 ounces of water instead of the 10-12 ounces they recommend if you want to dissolve it fully and avoid diarrhea. Other than that it works, it's delicious, and it's highly affordable. I highly recommend it.

Bought this product in the fruit punch flavor and it is delicious. I have used several different pre-work out powders and this one although it tastes great gives me terrible heartburn and doesn't give me the same amount of energy. Used it a for about a month and decided to go a different direction.
