To use it, it's just a few clicks of the dial on the one end, and it comes out the special tip. You can control how much is dispenced and use the tip to kind of brush it on the effective area. It definitely works very well and still has the typical taste it has always had, but it isn't too bad.

The package was easy to open. I feel like the numbing was minimal and didn't last very long. I probably wouldn't purchase this again.
