Orajel Touch-Free Cold Sore Treatment is honestly the only product that truly works for me. I tend to get cold sores right before my period (oh, the joy 🙃), and the pain can be awful—but this is the one thing that actually brings relief. The touch-free applicator is a huge plus because it's easy to use and doesn't irritate the sore. It starts working quickly to ease the pain and helps my cold sores clear up much faster than anything else I've tried. I've used plenty of products over the years, and nothing compares to this. If you struggle with painful cold sores and need something that actually works, I can't recommend this enough. A really great product that I always keep on hand!

This product actually works! It is hard to find though. But cold sores dry up, shrink and disappear within a few days. Proprietary medication - none of the other brands have these ingredients. 10/10

This stuff will numb the cold sore but it doesn't last long and you have to do it again. Mine is a few days old and hurts really bad so maybe that's why it's not giving me much relief. I don't know but I do know I had high hopes after reading the reviews but I was disappointed to say the least. Maybe mine is just too bad and it could be that you have to use it when you first notice the break out.
