Oral-B - iO Series 3 Electric Toothbrush with (1) Brush Head - White

Love the boot - perfect for Canada in that it's Waterproof and Insulated. It can handle our weather. Only comment would be that the mem's sizing is on the small size but the exchange process from a size 10 to a size 11 was very easy to follow, no cost to us, and now we are very happy with our purchase.

Love these boots.I would have liked the Classic Ultra Mid, but it was no longer available in size 16 I already have the larger Classic ones and wanted to get some that were easier and quicker to put on. they are a bit tighter than the Classic, but not significantly.

I am a long time fan of Oral-B toothbrushes. I purchased the iO Series 3 as an upgrade with the rechargeable battery. I returned it after 4 days of use. The brush head was excellent. My reasons for returning were: * The handle is very slippery when wet and I had to use 2 hands to move it as brushed * I could not tell the difference between the cleaning 3 modes. It seemed a useless option. I have decided to keep my original battery operated Oral-B toothbrush for now. It has a great rubber grip on 2 sides of the handle. Very easy to use. I'll keep my eyes open for a model that looks easier to use.

However, I would never have bought it if I knew about the flashing lights while you re brushing that you can't turn off. I understand the conceptual need of a pressure sensor warning system, just make it so those of us who don't need it and find find it so annoying I want to take the stupid thing back to where I bought it from since I can't turn off the light show!!

Out of the box, charged as directed and it does NOT work. Have gone thru troubleshooting. Not sure if the charger isn't working - yet the brush light did glow on/off to indicate it was charging. Brush head and unit is clean as it is new. Very disappointed as store I purchased from will not take it back.

I was a PSW for a couple decades, from the damage to my back and spine, I'm losing the use of my hands and feet. I am no longer able to hold a regular toothbrush so I bought the i0 Series 3 electric toothbrush. I bought it July 21st of this year and three weeks ago it stopped working. Thanks to my hands I accidentally dropped it while brushing my teeth. It stopped working and still will not turn back on (yes, I made sure it's fully charged). For the ridiculous price of these toothbrushes, I'm highly disappointed in the quality and durability of these toothbrushes! Absolutely would NOT recommend this product to anyone!

Been a size 9 for many years. Bought these because they are insulated and I can't wear them any longer. After just 1 week of use, my heels are completely scaped sore from the heel bed - and lack there of - in these boots. Poor design. Out of money. And out of boots now.

I received my Oral B iO Series 3 Toothbrush today but it did not come with a travel case as listed in the descriptions. Another customer noted in his review that his came with a travel case. If it would have been noted in the description that it did NOT come with a travel case I would have not purchased this toothbrush. Please explain Oral-B customer service.

Malfunctioned after a few weeks of use. Phoned Customer Services but was told I could have a refund but not a repair or replacement. Problem is that its much more expensive now as it was on a better offer when I bought it so after the refund I'll be quite significantly out of pocket if I wanted another - not impressed as it appears that they want to give you your money back rather than try to provide you with the working item you paid for.
