what are the best scrapers I ever used buy it
this thing was perfect there was nothing to dislike at a measure on there it was sharp and I mean it was very sharp was a great scraper. didn't stick to the counter scraped up the dough Great thing buy it it's all worth the money

Great for cutting and scooping up excess flour
I really didn't dislike anything about my pastry scraper, it worked fine for picking up excess flour on my counter top and heat at cutting my cinnamon rolls from my cinnamon roll log but I wish I could find a couple more in larger sizes

Could be longer
Like the soft handle . The height of the metal part could be longer if used to scrap up chopped food. Cant wait to use it to cut hard set bars and my fudge.
