Its like a pocket knife, pull out the metal probe %26 it turns on a very sizable easy to read instant temp digital screen,,%26 lights up at the push of a button if needed. And the price is so far below other lessor products! Get 1,, get 2..lol. No I'm NOT a paid spokesman for them!

This thermometer was easy to understand and use right out of the box. I really like the fact that you can use the attached probe as well as the wired probe. I can roast meat in the oven, close the oven door on the wire and mount the magnetic thermometer on the outside of the oven. It has been easy to use and accurate.

I had to replace a broken thermometer. Found this one with the probe at great price. It's better than the one I had to replace. Well made, Accurate temp, easy reading and easy to use. The magnetic back is a plus also. First time using I cooked a boneless leg of lamb. Used the probe, perfect roast!

Got this as a gift for my husband who likes cooking steaks. The dual probe feature is great for accomodating different cooking methods.

i love that it has an auto shutoff when you close the temperature prong and it has a light for night time outdoor grilling.

I am still getting accustomed to using the new probe, but so far I'm happy with it. It's much easier to read the temperature of the food with the way this one is designed. Pros: The design, and also that it lights up. I'm still a little apprehensive on the alarm, it seems it is beeping off all the time, so I'm sure I just need to figure out the instructions further. The price is very reasonable.

Works perfectly! Temperatures are quick and accurate, buttons work smoothly, and the finger hole is really nice for spinning around when you're bored. It comes with stick on magnets to which come in handy if you need to put it down somewhere and don't have enough counter space. I wish the magnets were already built into the device because these ones ware down and get magnet dust everywhere. Overall really good and definitely worth the price!
