works great. smoked 2 ducks at same time to perfection while doing yard work. outside screen is easy to read. sending temps to cell phone worked great. beware ... sometimes it will indicate temp is too high for a few minites before starting to register temp.

I see alot of reviews saying they have over cooked the food and well I did the same mistake. You must use one of the probe for ambient at the grates and the other on whatever your cooking. If you rely on your grills temp gauge the dome will be around 50° lower which in reality it will be 50° higher at the cooking surface.

Got today. Great temp prob. has preprogrammed temps for different things, but you can custom add temps. Bluetooth straight to you phone and can read over 600ft away. Has a light one the display so you can ready it my last one you couldn't see the display unless holding at a certain angle and even then hard to read. this one is perfectly able to see

Does not give an accurate temperature. 1 probe will say something is done when it's still raw while the other probe reads closer to temperature. The device doesn't reach far either, so you'll want to stay close to the grill to monitor if you use this. I returned this item.

dosent work at all, worthless

Out of the packaging it did not work. I downloaded the app, followed all instructions, even charged it up. As soon as I plugged the probes in, it measured “HHH.” This means it is too hot to measure or out of temp range. So I adjusted and created custom ranges for what I was about to cook. Nothing helped this to actually work. Essentially, it was saying the ambient temperature in my home was at least 160 degrees. I will return this item and purchase one elsewhere.

I followed all the instructions and was looking forward to not having to constantly my open my oven while roasting an expensive cut of meat. The thermometer I purchased never showed the temp. It always showed internal temp reached even before I put the roast in the oven. I tried again with a different cut of meat and again the same thing. Item returned. I hope this was an isolated defective thermometer but I replaced it with a different brand.

It failed on the first cook, even using foil to insulate the probe wire on a low and slow cook much lower than the rated temperature. The probe wire melted and it won't read anymore - lasted about 6 hours. I'm pretty sure I'm still in the return window.

Great for telling the temperature when the food is not in the grill, however when the food is in the grill, it gives incorrect temperature was reading by 80° meat at 120°F. I do not recommend this product.

this was a waste of money. the probes do not measure the temperature correctly. and the device shut itself off in thr middle of cooking, which defeats the purpose. do not waste your money
