Been using for about two weeks with no results. I've even taken 12 in a day. I still have to take the same amount of stool softeners and laxatives even with these, so I feel my money was wasted.

False labeling
This product says it is organic psyllium when the ingredients says it is pullulan. Those are two different things different purposes. Whatever it is, I broke out in hives. Research before you purchase.

Instead what I ordered ORGANIC INDIA Psyllium Herbal Supplement 180 Vegetarian Capsules I received something else. I will not order online from Walmart and not recommend to anybody
