a very good useful source of vitamin c also for hydration and cleansing and I don't have to worry about the shelf life as I would with store-bought lemons It's so very convenient

Organic Lemon Powder
Very good product. I add turbinado sugar & make lemonade. There isn’t a commercial product that doesn’t have junk in it available so this is excellent.

CONTAINS MALTODEXTRIN :(
According to WebMD.com maltodextrin has zero nutritional value, can cause sugar spikes, upset stomach and intestinal health among others. I won't even give this to the food bank.....it's going in the toilet.

Tastes like chemicals
This has a very chemical taste to it. I unfortunately didn't look at the label before purchase…it has maltodextrin in it.
