Organic Lugol's Iodine 2% Solution - 2 fl oz

This is a supplement. I bought it for the availability, price, delivery, and the ability to get a hassle free refund(from Walmart) in the event the product wasn't satisfactory. I put a couple of drops of this product in my coffee on a weekly basis. I have a single Brazil Nut(for selenium) on the day I take the Lugol's Iodine. Have used Lugol's Iodine Drops for years. I use it for dietary iodine supplementation.

Lugol's Iodine is an excellent way for those who need an Iodine supplement to get a proper and safe dose . I put a drop in my coffee every morning. Testing for Iodine levels requires a 24 hr urine test so, maybe it is uncommon to have this test to see if you have an issue. I am trying to learn more about everything and this is definitely a good product to have in your home emergency medical kit for various injuries and illnesses. People treat gouters with Iodine effectively sometimes and women who are deficient will have tinder sore breast and of course there are many more reasons for having a sufficient Iodine level. I talked to my Dr. about everything that I take ever supplement. Sometimes there is an unintended consequence or problems we may not be aware of so always consult your Dr. before taking anything.

Easy to use dropper. Tastes a little funky but then what would one expect iodine to taste like. I take it with a shot of water in the morning. Now I am sure that I am getting enough iodine in my diet. One bottle will last a long time.

Thus iodine is the way to go.

Thyroid function is so important and this supplement has helped greatly with supporting it. It's super easy to use. Just three drops daily in the mouth followed by water. Potassium is great for muscle function.

Received product in excellent shape and in a timely manner. I have not had an occasion to use the product yet but should an occasion arise I will return to this platform and hopefully it will allow me to update and edit this review.
