This is a must for the Keto diet! I love breads, all kinds of breads and Psyllium Husk Powder is a crucial ingredient if you want light and airy breads. It is very hard product to find so the Walmart app is my go to for hard to find keto products. Food to Live works beautifully for me!

Excellent substitite for more expensive xanthan gum. Use 2 parts psyllium powder to replace 1 part xanthan powder. Be certain to incorporate (mix) well.

It works
This psyllium keeps me regular; teaspoon in a (8oz.) glass of water, I usually take a jar with a lid and shake it. That helps it to have it to dissolve instead of staring it with a spoon.

It doesn't taste very good . It thickens a lot both drinks and food. I didn't feel an efficacy in the intestinal functioning.

Feels like powder mixed with sand!!
Don't buy this, feels like this powder mixed with sand. What I have expected but didn't match with my expectation. I used to eat raw one but this is my first time bought husk powder. I bought this product and ate only one day!!
