Organic Sprouted Almond Butter

Luckily I have a different name brand opened jar of sunflower butter, that expires 9/27/26. I will finish that jar before opening Dastony Sprouted sun-seed, I'm 100% satisfied with waiting until then...before enjoying 1/25/27 expire date of Dastony Organic Sprouted Sunflower Seed butter. I like the brand, it's good. Handling great with bubble wrap and a stronger tight box. Shipping was a few days before expected.

Love this pumpkin seed butter!!! It has NO sugars, NO salt, and NO added processed ingredients. It is not sweet but makes a nice spread on sprout/veggie sandwiches. It also is nice on bananas or with some maple syrup as a dip.

The jar is small -only 8 ounces. The pumpkin seed is tasty and has a mild flavor. I love raw organic pumpkin seeds, but have a little bit of a problem with the spread being green. Of course it's green because that's what pumpkin seeds are.! This is a very healthy snack. I bought it because I am afraid to chew pumpkin seeds. I am 76 . It came promptly and was very well packed. I definitely would buy the raw sprouted organic sunflower butter from this company again( same size, same price) but I am not sure if I want to spend $10 on either it or the pumpkin seed spread very often.

As an "addict" of any nutbutter (cannot keep my knife out of the jar, lol), this is soooo good. I go back and forth between PB, Almond Butter, Nutzo, Better than Butter, and Chick Pea Butter. I opted for an almond butter this time around b/c some almond buters are recommended over PB. I chose to try this product, organic sprouted AB, because it's sprouted almonds, and is "Bobby Approved (a free app well worth checking out).

I had to get used to the taste at first. I have been only eating roasted almond butter. I have been looking for a healthier option that is easier on the gut. I am obsessed with it now. I am satisfied and full after only 1 or 2 tablespoons vs when I eat almond butter I can eat the whole jar in one sitting. I find it delicious and not sweet at all. You can one sweetener or honey if you'd like.

did not open & try because i was expecting this to be in a glass jar (hence only 4*), like Dastony (& sister company Rawmio) butters typically are in glass jars. Called Windy City Organics & they stated that this is the only website which carries these plastic ones. So, I'll stick to my glass jars. I would think that the contents are the same quality & super rich taste of all of their other offerings I've been enjoying for many years. This is made by a smaller independent business . From Dastony about their Organic Sprouted Pumpkin Seed butter: "Soaked and germinated in purified, reverse osmosis water, then low temperature air-dried"👍🏻 Only 1 ingredient 😁

It's pasty and boring! And very bland, but maybe that's the way it's supposed to be. I don't know.
