I have nothing to compare it to...seems fine, never had this stuff before lol. My tongue was mildly numb for a bit and my skin was tingling. Felt a bit like drinking a bunch of caffeine. I'd recommend ay least trying it for fun...maybe not 1200mg and 4 energy drinks like i did.
