Shilajit is a natural product, it is used for energy, brain health .. I never thought Walmart will have this natural jewel… the only thing I don't like is that it is very hard to dissolve , but this actually how the product is .. nothing do to with Walmart or the brand

This product goes above and beyond what it says. I have had inflammation in my right ankle for months. After 4 days of use most of the swelling is gone I would say 75% of it's gone.

no way to measure
the stick it comes with. has marks on it 300 and 600 but no way to measure how think you put it on the stick. i reached out to the company but they couldnt tell me how thick it should be on the stick. unable to measure the amount i put it in the trash. and went back to gummys
