I don't eat a lot of vegetables, so these tablets are great. They're tiny, so they're very easy to take and they are also easy on my digestion. After 30 days, I really noticed the difference in my hair! I'm 69 and get a lot of compliments. I used to use collagen powder but this is so much easier.

I love spirulina! I used to buy the powder and make my own gel caps, but that's messy. I found these compressed tablets and never looked back. I take two in the morning and two at noon. They have no off taste, and make it really easy to give your body nutrient dense supplements. My hair is lush and thick, I'm aging pretty well, and I really only take these, kelp for iodine, bee pollen that I make from a local source, cinnamon that I make, because when I bought premade, they were awful. Mag, D, eat lots of veggies and get enough protein. Psyllium, plain, or mixed with 1/2 tsp chlorophyll (now brand liquid) I'm pretty healthy for an old gal. These are a good bargain, better than what I was getting on amazon before.

These are great. No fishy smell but rather a fresh sea and "green" aroma. Hard to describe but definitely pleasent. I've compared these to several "premium", i.e. expensive brands and these are just as good or better than all I compared them to. the only real difference is the cost at this volume, with these being less expensive. I like that I can purchase a smaller volume at a price per unit that's comperable to bulk pricing in other brands. That way, I consume them all before they begin to lose quality in an opened container. My indoor cats always get really excited to smell them when I open the container, so I give them each one or two per day to supplement chlorophyll in their diet. WE all love them!

Not sure about this product because I don't notice much of a difference in my feeling of health or wellness yet.

These tablets are easy to take 4 daily. Good value for price.

Helps keep me alert and energized.

the 2 best together. very small tabs and u only take 4 at a time!

they don't taste real good but that's okay I just started taking them so too early to tell if they're helping

If it's not cracked/broken cell, little to none is absorbed. Useless. Nothing stated on bottle or sales page. Contacted sell. Got the run around, then nothing.
