These are really good for you, in terms of essential fatty acids. No matter how much I stir in the process of making pudding overnight (and you really want to do this, you don't want them to expand in your gut and make you constipated) they clump, which isn't appealing. I have a dedicated spice grinder, so maybe I will grind them next time.

Good quality organic chia seeds at a great price like it came in a canister not a zipp lock bag like others do taking it to get more fiber i put it in water and stir and wait 10-15 minutes then drink it it has no taste. will be buy it again

I like the packaging that makes i easy for me to measure. Chia seeds are wonderful . I put them in a smoothie/pudding with yogurt, fruit and nuts. Really good.
