This probiotic did not work at all for me. Skam.
I would not recommend this probiotic to anyone. Ever since I took pills I have been feeling very sick for the past 2 weeks. My body has been in pain and I'm feeling weak all the time. I have generalized muscles ache and my face broke out. My advice stay away from this probiotic if you don't want to get sick!
