So far I love it! Exceptionally easy to use. I rinsed the pads several times over the cleaning if very large tile area. I hope it holds up!!!
I love this thing! So handy to grab and zap a small spot or large area. I bought one for my workplace, but then brought it home to use on my own floor, so my boss bought another one for the office. Now my mom wants one, so buying a third. Charge lasts a long time, super easy and nice to use!
Bought this mop when it first came out! Just love it however I have misplaced the cord to charge it with so am buying another one! It is the best and easiest mop to use on many different floor types! I have even use it to remove popcorn ceiling with a different type of scrubber! That would probably un do the warranty, but I couldn't get it off the ceiling any other way! Fabulous product just don't lose the cord to charge it with!
It does what its advertised to do. My wood floors look great! However, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because its slow. Wish the rotation speed was faster and more powerful.
has very little power does not hold a charge long.does not clean the floor. actually smears the dirt all over the floor .definitely not worth 50 dollars.more like some toy you would buy for your 7 or 5 year old...2 stars on timely delivery.

I used this one time plugged In To charge and will not charge or work. 40.00 to mop my floor once.
I would have loved it if it were for longer than 30 minutes I have recharged the charging area and it still won't work I'm it's dead I'm going to go throw it away
This product was not new. It came in a brown box with the name printed on the box. It worked for about 20 minutes and stopped and would not charge. I was never told tha it was a refurbished item.
I loved this mop the first 3 times I used it. Now, it WILL NOT spin even after charging for hours! So disappointed and I will not recommend it to anyone!!!
