Ortho GroundClear Year Long Vegetation Killer1, Concentrate, 32 oz.

This is the only weed killer we will ever buy. This stuff wipes out the toughest weeds and grass. We cleared out an entire area of overgrown mess with two applications. Weeds started dying next day and within a week it was fully clear.

It takes 24 ounces per gallon. Bottle is 32 ounces. So after careful mixing, you only have 8 ounces left, not enough to make a half gallon. The only folks who benefit from the extra scant 8 oz. is the manufacturer. It should be sold as a 48 ounce to at least get 2 gallons. Hence 4 stars.

Didn't kill the horsetail fern. Also didn't do a complete job on the larger weeds (weren't big), though it did kill the small weeds at the edge of the driveway. I hadn't noticed on the label that it is only effective for a year when I bought it. I wanted a stronger, more potent solution, so will look for something else.

This package did not explain very well that you almost have to use the entire bottle to a gallon of water. This brand not worth the money if you need more than a gallon to spray

Effective, but not the greatest. Killed most of the weeds around the house but there's a few that are still standing strong. We'll see if it actually last a year. I have my doubts.

it killed the basic weeds and grass. left the heavier stuff. was applied on a dry hott day. no rain for over a week. just couldnt handle the pennsylvania vegetation

slow acting! saw some results next day . plants started to limp over. almost 3 weeks now plant not dead completely. in Texas we call it devil weed. cows doesn't like to walk threw it. i have it around sheds and out in corral. sprayed twice been out the to make sure no new growth. but I'm disappointed and I've been spraying herbicide for years. would i buy again don't think so. i sprayed my fence line yesterday to kill grass and saplings. if it doesn't work the Diesel fuel savings i would have saved would have been for nothing.

To be honest, I didn't use it. I'm returning it. After reading on the bottle that I'd have to use 24oz of the 32 Oz bottle to one gallon of water, I decided it probably wouldn't work. And then what would I do with the other 8 Oz? I also researched others who might have tried it and they didn't get good results.

I mixed according to the directions, and it did not kill my weeds. I would not recommend this product!

Didn't know that I had to use the whole bottle ( except for few ounces) . Might as well use it too . Company should have the right amount in bottle to use. So it should read use whole contents.
