I take magnesium glycinate every day. To get the right dosage I need to take 4 monster pills which I hate. THIS magnesium has three kinds in it, it's smaller and you only need to take ONE a day! When I finish up my other magnesium pills, I will definitely be switching and continuing with this brand. It is also easier to swallow and doesn't start dissolving in your throat as soon as it touches your tongue.

I thought I was simply dehydrated!... All my life I've consumed more liquids than most people I've ever met.
