The product is good, but DO NOT TAKE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH, you will be burping garlic cloves all day. Or if you have a vampire problem, have at it! Jokes aside, it works well, just take it with food.

I'm on meds that deplete my B vitamins. I was requiring B shots. After that round of shots, I started these supplements. So far (it's been a little more than a year) I haven't had to have any more shots!

2 weeks and I noticed a difference! My doctor recommended I start taking vitamin B pills and I’m so glad I went with these. Excellent product to avoid numb or knots in your muscles, if you do sports this is a good way to avoid injuries.

I bought this supplement with the Thistle also I really like this brand easy on my stomach. With these I only take one caplet that has all the Bs vitamins .

These capsules are very easy to swallow. No odors or weird flavors at all. It's a really good idea to get on a vitamin regimen if you aren't on one already. Vitamin B is super important.

this low rating is because the delivery services being used are horrible. The product itself, I just started using it. It dies have a very strong smell, but a lot of vitamins do.

Contrary to other reviews (make sure you check the dates on the reviews, only the good ones are from 2022) these smelled so bad I had to leave them outside on my front porch before I tried to return it. First day it smelled like I cooked a lot of bacon but after that it just started to smell like rotten meat. Just the fact that I could smell it before I took it out of the delivery bag is telling. The date still said that they were ok, so I took one and was burping rotten meat all day, it was horrible!! Vegan my butt! I'm not a vegetarian by any means but even if you are not, I highly doubt that you would want your house smelling like you've been keeping roadkill at your place. So please for your own wellbeing, find a different b-vitamins supplement, you will thank me later.

Do NÓT buy these. They smell so bad that I could smell them before I even broke the safety seal. I choked one down and it tasted even worse. If there was a rating less than 1 star, it would be more appropriate.
