Choline is a precursor to acetylcholine and I use this for memory and alertness. I do take a couple different ones, different brands, different formulas and I just feel that I'm getting the benefit of being a bit more alert late in the day by taking Choline with my other supplements. this one seems to be pretty good value for the strength and quantity.

This is an exceptional addition to my daily vitamin supplements. A great price and very good ingredients containing both that support weight loss

I read an internet article about choline helping with aging memory. My 72 year old husband was having memory problems so I purchased this. We've been taking one daily for 9 months and both our ability to focus have improved. I do all our investments and I can say that I definitely can concentrate better on that responsibility.

Better deal than the other brand that I have used previously. I take this to help with my memory and I believe that it helps. Have taken Choline over five years now. The dosage says to take two a day. Just one a day is the same dosage as the previous brand that I took.

I added this supplement to support lower triglyceride levels, decrease blood pressure, and improve blood sugar. Last blood work showed decreased cholesterol and A1C was 6.9 so I am very pleased. Capsules are easy to take. I have increased to 2000mg (2 capsules). This is now a part of my daily nutritional routine.

Works well cleans liver

I take this for my PCOS. It's helped lower my insulin numbers. Easy to take, it's been a welcome addition to my regimen.

It's helping wit my daughters fatty liver when she when in ti get labs her counts where down and her routine hasn't changed a lot so I believe the vitamins are doing their job

At this point i cannot provide an honest review since i just started up on these. however will cb after a month or so w an opinion.
