Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength, Joint Health Supplements with Glucosamine Chondroitin, Tablets, 120 Ct

I've been taking the Osteo Bi-Flex caplets for almost a week now, and I am appreciating how my joints feel right now and how limber I've been in the last few days, especially in the morning. The caplets are a little bigger than I'd like, but no bigger than other joint supplements I've tried in the past. There was no chalky taste, and I was able to fully swallow the pills with just a normal mouthful of water. I tend to take mine in the morning after I've had some fatty food, like peanut butter on a toasted bagel.

Beginning about two years ago, I began to take glucosamine and chondroitin; after several months, joint pain in my knees and shoulders significantly lessened. I've continued to take these supplements and rarely have the sharp pain in my knees that I used to, despite continuing to do plyometric workouts and going up and down stairs all day (I'm in my mid-forties). Well worth the money!

I was surprised when the bottle arrived how large it was and very pleased to know that you only have to take two a day for the value of the product. some that I was looking at I would have to take two in the morning and two at night and that was just too much for me and then the value of the product cost-wise was too high for me to want to buy it. I will say that I am consulting with my doctor about taking this as I am a type 2 diabetic on many other medications and I just want to make sure that it will not interfere with any of the prescriptions that I take.

When I tell you in seven days my knees feel amazing, please believe me. I have not been able to squat for the last 10 years. My joints were so tight. I still can't completely squat yet but I am able to go halfway without excruciating pain. I am believing that once I finish this bottle I will see a tremendous difference. The pills are big please be warned but they are smooth. I can't wait to finish this bottle and order another one. I am amazed at how great my knees feel.

I have been using these about 8 days and have definitely had less pain in my arthritic feet joints. I am lucky not to have extensive arthritis, but feel these could be helpful for anyone suffering from this degenerative condition. The only drawback -- and for some people, it's a deal-breaker -- is the size of the tablets. They're ginormous! They are almost an inch long and quite hefty. I have no problem taking pills, but know some people who really could not manage something like this. Maybe breaking them into pieces would help those folks.

I received the Osteo Bi-Flex Caplets about a month ago. The instructions say to take 2 Osteo Bi-Flex Caplets each day to reduce and/or prevent joint pain. I actually do not have that much joint pain for a 55 year old man I think. I can't say that I really noticed the Osteo Bi-Flex Caplets working. I also can't say that I didn't notice the Osteo Bi-Flex Caplets working. I think they are probably successful because I am experiencing increased activity and I have not noticed additional pains. I am still taking the Osteo Bi-Flex Caplets 2 a day most days. I am not real regular with my medications which also may have affected the outcome. I think, if I had arthritis pain I would definitely give Osteo Bi-Flex Caplets a try.

I have been taking the Osteo Bi-Flex Caplets Advanced Triple Strength with Glucosamine for a week now and can already feel the difference in my joints in my knees, the pain is less and my knees dont hurt as bad when I am finished with my walk. I am gonna keep taking them so I can get even better.

I just received these tablets and I've been taking them for about three days ,it is unknown if I would have any good or bad effects yet, the one thing I did notice is that the pills are extremely large and you have to take two a day but I am hoping for the best as this is a well-known brand and we hope that it will help me with arthritic pain and swelling.

These are glucosamine/chondroitin tablets that are supposed to help with joint pain. It takes longer than seven days to really feel the effects. Therefore, I can only comment on the product itself and not its effectiveness. The tablets are rather large, they would almost need to be broken in half to be swallowed. However, since they are not scored, this is not something I could do. Also, if you don't drink something right away, they leave a white coating on your tongue, which is rather unpleasant. I would not recommend this item as I believe there are tablets out there that are not quite as unpleasant in both the size and residue

Drugs, vitamins, minerals and supplements all react different with every person. Benadryl makes me sleepy but makes my son look like he just had eight cups of coffee. I have had severe pain in my right hip the last few months and have an appointment set with an orthopedic doctor, but before I decided to go I chose to try this Osteo Bi-Flex joint health supplement and see if it would help me. The bottle says shows improved joint comfort within seven days. I started taking it twice a day as directed. After seven days I felt no improvement, but I had hope. I kept using it religiously for twenty-five days. As of today I have seen no improvement. Matter of fact my hip has gotten much worse and the pain is now very intense. Like I said though, drugs, vitamins, minerals and supplements all react different with every person. For me unfortunately they did nothing and they are very hard to swallow. I have a problem taking large pills but I can usually get them down. These tablets are HUGE. They got stuck every time. I cut them in half and still had a hard time so I finally cut them in quarters. They cut best on the flat sides I found out. So I'll just see what the doctor suggests, but this product is not for me.
