Osteo Bi-Flex Joint Health - Triple Strength - Glucosamine Chondroitin with Joint Shield. Even though I'm relatively young, I have arthritis in my knees, elbows, and shoulders. It was getting hard to get up and get my body moving in the morning, but within 7 days I actually did notice a difference and this was the only change I had made. I was amazed!!! I took it every day because I've read that this is something that needs to build up in your system, and to give it a couple months to really notice a BIG difference. I've also read by other customers that this is not a product you can substitute the generic for, it has to be the Osteo Bi-Flex brand. I can state that since I have been taking it for a couple of weeks, I have noticed less arthritis pain and ease of mobility. The recommended dose is two caplets per day. I trust this glucosamine formula because it is a chemical that your own body makes and is natural. Cartilage breaks down with age and glucosamine helps with some of that damage . Glucosamine chondroitin was first discovered to have beneficial effects on lame horses and it works wonderfully for humans too. I've had zero negative side effects and plan to continue to use this product. I do and have recommended this product and already have a few family members trying it out as well. I recommend this to anyone with arthritis issues & joint stiffness, not just the older generation, but to all. Please always check with your doctor before starting a new supplement.

120 tablets in this bottle. Instructions state to take two tablets per day preferably with water. Bottle lid is super easy to open, I love the design of the flap (see pic). When the bottle is empty, I may transfer this lid to other bottles that I frequently open. The flipping and wide mouth with very easy to use and handy. Tablets measure 7/8” long x almost 3/8” deep x ¼” wide Hard, white tablets that are easier to swallow with a lot of water. The label says that Osteo Bi-Flex caplets contain glucosamine which helps to strengthen joins. My spouse and I have been taking Osteo Bi-Flex caplets now for a little over a week. We have both individually noticed the difference in, for him, how his hands do not hurt as much. For me, I was hit head on by a drunk driver back in the day and, as a result, my hip and leg joint are not always together or happy. After trying Osteo Bi-Flex caplets, I am starting to notice that they joint is not slipping as much and does not feel as sore. That is exciting news to me! I have been experiencing joint pain for a couple years now that has gotten worse very fast. Come to find out, I have rheumatoid arthritis so the Osteo Bi-Flex Joint Health Triple Strength vitamins couldn't have came at a better time. Even though I have rheumatoid arthritis, Osteo Bi-Flex says there will be improved joint health in 7 days and contains Glucosamine and Chondroitin which are beneficial vitamins for joints and cartridge. It also contains something they call “Joint Shield 5-LOXIN advanced” which is listed as Boswellia serrata Extract (resin). I'm not sure what that exactly is and haven't taken the time to look it up, but I wanted to list it for anyone who wanted to research it before making a decision on the product. The supplement also contains shellfish for those who are allergic. The vitamins are gluten-free, Non-GMO, and mostly Made in America with some ingredients sourced from other countries. From my experience, the USA gets most of its vitamin content from China, but the label leaves the particular names of the other counties off the label—which I'll admit, disappoints me. In my opinion, 100% transparency is best when selling a supplement product or any product for that matter. I am very sensitive to vitamins with most making me sick to my stomach, but I haven't had any side effects with this particular version of Osteo Bi-flex and these pills are HUGE! They are huge, but have a slick coating that make them surprisingly easy to swallow. However, I never have a problem swallowing pills so those who do may want to take note of the size of these. The bottle is HUGE with a very easy open bottle, which I appreciate with my sore joints! It's just a simple flip-up lid. I started by taking 1/day even though it's recommended to take 2/day preferably with a meal, but after a week of 1 a day, I tittered up to 2 and have not experienced any side effects. I would like to take the entire bottle before writing a review as it's only been a week and a half and that week and a half hasn't been at the full 2 pills a day because, as I said, I started with 1 pill a day for the first week. I have pretty severe pain in the joints of my hands and fingers which I'm sure is mainly due to smart phone usage, but I struggle doing any chores or activities with my hands nowadays and my knees hurt as well. While I haven't taken the supplement long enough to comfortably say what the results are, it did seem like my joints hurt more on a couple days where I skipped/forgot to take the vitamins so I have hope that they are helping me and I'm definitely going to continue taking until the entire bottle is gone which is rare for me because I usually give up on vitamins without giving them a long enough chance to show results. But with how bad my joints are, Osteo Bi-Flex is definitely something I'm going to continue taking in the hopes I can get some relief without requiring a prescription and perhaps help my already damaged joints and cartridge. So, while I feel I can't in good conscious give a completely accurate review on the effects of this product, I can tell you that I researched Oseto Bi-Flex in general and it seemed to beat the competitors' reviews on every other brand I looked at. The box says #1 Pharmacist Recommended Brand and back up that claim with sources on the bottle so I think it's a very popular brand which gives me even more hope of it working for me. I just can't tell you for 100% that the supplement worked for me because it hasn't been long enough to tell. However, if someone is looking to try a joint supplement, I would feel comfortable recommending people try this brand after closely reading the ingredients to see if they are safe for the person's particular health and discuss the product with their doctor. I've been taking the Osteo Bi-Flex caplets for almost a week now, and I am appreciating how my joints feel right now and how limber I've been in the last few days, especially in the morning. The caplets are a little bigger than I'd like, but no bigger than other joint supplements I've tried in the past. There was no chalky taste, and I was able to fully swallow the pills with just a normal mouthful of water. I tend to take mine in the morning after I've had some fatty food, like peanut butter on a toasted bagel.

I have been using these about 8 days and have definitely had less pain in my arthritic feet joints. I am lucky not to have extensive arthritis, but feel these could be helpful for anyone suffering from this degenerative condition. The only drawback -- and for some people, it's a deal-breaker -- is the size of the tablets. They're ginormous! They are almost an inch long and quite hefty. I have no problem taking pills, but know some people who really could not manage something like this. Maybe breaking them into pieces would help those folks.

When I tell you in seven days my knees feel amazing, please believe me. I have not been able to squat for the last 10 years. My joints were so tight. I still can't completely squat yet but I am able to go halfway without excruciating pain. I am believing that once I finish this bottle I will see a tremendous difference. The pills are big please be warned but they are smooth. I can't wait to finish this bottle and order another one. I am amazed at how great my knees feel.

I just received these tablets and I've been taking them for about three days ,it is unknown if I would have any good or bad effects yet, the one thing I did notice is that the pills are extremely large and you have to take two a day but I am hoping for the best as this is a well-known brand and we hope that it will help me with arthritic pain and swelling.

Haven't noticed a difference yet, but I didn't really expect to in the first week .... even though the label says it's possible. I was lured in by the TRIPLE STRENGTH claim & unfortunately did not consider how HUGE they would be. Taking 2 a day is a chore. If they eventually start working, I will look for a much smaller variety even if it means more pills in one day. They are coated which is a plus & I'm not noticing any adverse side effects. Will update if my knees stop creaking & popping!

It says on the bottle in 7 days you notice a difference but I cant state that. I know each person's body can react differently to certain things depending on what you eat, how much you weigh etc. All things considered I wouldn't say it doesn't work it would probably take longer for some and not others. It just hasn't done anything for me.

I have had severe pain in my right hip the last few months and have an appointment set with an orthopedic doctor, but before I decided to go I chose to try this Osteo Bi-Flex joint health supplement and see if it would help me. The bottle says shows improved joint comfort within seven days. I started taking it twice a day as directed. After seven days I felt no improvement, but I had hope. I kept using it religiously for twenty-five days. As of today I have seen no improvement. Matter of fact my hip has gotten much worse and the pain is now very intense. Like I said though, drugs, vitamins, minerals and supplements all react different with every person. For me unfortunately they did nothing and they are very hard to swallow. I have a problem taking large pills but I can usually get them down. These tablets are HUGE. They got stuck every time. I cut them in half and still had a hard time so I finally cut them in quarters. They cut best on the flat sides I found out. So I'll just see what the doctor suggests, but this product is not for me.
