Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength with Vitamin D (220 Count)

I only take one capsule a day and I ride my bike a few times a week and I have no joint or bone pain or muscle aches with this product and I am 64. You've got to use it.

I have been taking this supplement for years now. I am pain-free and walking without use of a cane. Before taking it I was in considerable pain as my knee was bone-on-bone. My doctor says I have good range of motion and good flexibility. I love the results and will not stop taking it.

I highly recommend this product. 10 years ago, I tore the meniscus in my knee and injured my lower back. The surgeon I saw for my second opinion, recommended this as an alternative to surgery. Well, 10 years later, and I still have been able to avoid surgery. Will eventually need to have it repaired by a surgeon but if you are like me and prefer to use alternative treatments over conventional treatment, then this maybe a choice for you. I know this is for joint health, but I have a touch of arthritis especially in my feet. Not only do I see a great improvement in my overall joint health, but I can also see an improvement with the complication of my arthritis pain. Plus I get the added benefit of getting my daily intake of vitamin D, so it's a win win for me.

This is a supplement that I can't do without! I started taking this years ago when my (mild) arthritis in my knees started bothering me. Osteo Bi-Flex is a game changer for me since it has hyaluronic acid in it that lubricates my knees enough for me not to experience knee pain. I've seen ortho doctors and they've told me to continue taking this since I get so much relief. I've had situations where I was without it for 5-6 days and ended up with arthritic flare ups so no matter what I take it to keep me from having those problems. I gladly give Osteo Bi-Flex a glowing report and would give it 20 starts if I could. It works for me.

I started taking this to see if it helped my joints due to extra ingredients not present in Sam's other kind. I think it helps but I'm not sure it is more than the other/cheaper one. I will continue to use this as they are easier to take due to pill size. Also it includes the vitamin D so I don't have to take that separately too which I like. I would but again!

have used this product for years with very good results....as a trial, stopped using it for 10 days to get some feedback from my joints....and...did I get feedback !....hurt all over for days before the product finally build back in my system and back to "normal" . doctor was really impressed with my bloodwork when he noticed my level of vitimin D was where it should be.
