Oster DiamondForce 12-Inch x 16-Inch Nonstick Electric Skillet with Hinged Lid

This is the best electric skillet! I had two of another brand when I got married 18 years ago. Been without them for a while because they wore out. Finally went out and found this one. I liked it before I even used it because of the length and depth. Extremely nonstick. I have made bacon several times and hamburgers. Looking forward to cooking more with it.

Purchased this for my Aunt, she wanted something larger than her skillets, so she could make meat and potatoes together, in one pan. She preferred an electric but has very limited counter and storage space. Since its usually just her, although her son is there now, and she'll get occasional visitors this seemed like a good size. She absolutely loves it. Great size, well built, loves the lid. She's thrilled with it,band doesn't know how she ever got along without it. She recommends it to everyone who wants an electric skillet, but doesn't need to cook for a large family, or has limited space.

does not heat evenly very flimsy lid opens on right okay for a left-handed person but not right handed Lids could break very easy and the hinge temperature not accurate with the control

I use this for camping. There is limited space to lay a cover down so the attached lid works wonderful. The fact that you can still remove the lid to wash is also helpful

Nice skillet but it doesn't heat evenly. The temperature setting doesn't regulate properly so it gets too hot at times without turning it up. Also you have to be careful when propping the lid because of steam burns.

Like that the skillet is large and has a lid with a hinge that is removeable. The non-stick surface is supposed to be long lasting which is why we bought it to replace the old skillet.

its perfect good size n its really non stick i cooked fried chicken n just let ut sit n cook and it didnt stick. really easy to clean im getting another one when i get paid.

A FABULOUS product ! Technology has leaped forward in the last 20-years, and this new Oster electric skillet is far SUPERIOR to skillets from 20-years ago !!!! A GREAT VALUE for the price charged by WalMart !!!

This is a very well made and versatile piece of cooking equipment. I use it almost daily and love both how it functions and the ease of cleaning. I have owned several other brands, but none offered the unique hinged lid that this one offers. It is a great way to cook in limited space while freeing up both hands for flipping and stirring. Highly recommend.

So just moved in to a tiny house I had built, spent 800.00 plus on butcher block countertops!! I put down four heavy placemats and a towel before beginning to use pot, turned to 250,275 the lowest setting outside of warming we’ll so hot burnt seasoning in oil ! Ok so cleans out started again with warm temp only , went ok , put sauce and sausage with meatballs all together, kept on warm because to hot on any temps, runs must hotter then normal 275 !!! As it cooked I turned off to mix unfortunately did not notice every thing in lid (that pulls up only on one side ) it all pours down sides and doesn’t stay on top so cannot open at all without loosing your food preparing. What finish me off , the sauce from top leaked so badly my brand new countertops are stained !!! Only moved in 3 weeks ago !! So upset and sick , beyond disappointed in how this product worked!!
