Quality is good but does not fit around my hips as an SI belt. It is also wide/tall. I'm 5' 3" so this belt would probably work better as a back support for someone taller than me.

Not for small adults
On the box it came in , says fits hip sizes 28" thru 50", NOT TRUE. My hips measure 32" and at the smallest adjustment I have 6" of slack. I suggest if your hips measure less than 42" don't buy this one. Also if you really need a back brace, don't buy this one.
