OtterBox Commuter Series Case for iPhone XR, Blazer Blue/Stormy Seas Blue

This is the second set of Otter slipcovers I have purchased. The first set lasted five years and my only complaint was the lack of sensitivity due to the built in screen protectors which were plastic. I would recommend purchasing screen covers because the new generation of glass covers are incredibly sensitive to touch and you no longer have to press hard. Most important was the fact that when I traded in my iPhone 6's, they looked brand new, not a scratch or scrape, as if they had just come out of the box

This is the fourth Otterbox Commuter I’ve purchased. I never considered another brand of case for my new iPhone XR. I love your products, which have never let me down. But FedEx Smartpost? Delivery took eleven days! Surely there are faster options available for loyal customers who select “free” shipping.

I purchased the case for my wife and the plastic shell had been damaged in shipping. I submitted a claim on line and received a replacement case. This is not the first time Otterbox has replaced parts on my phone cases I have purchase from them and besides the cases being top quality, this is way I’ll keep coming back. You get what you pay for.

I really love my OtterBox! My last phone’s screen shattered, so I wanted to ensure that this phone would be safe if I dropped it. This case is pretty, protective, and it wasn’t a bad price! I also got it several days before I was supposed to, which I was very pleased with!

i got a new phone, had this case on the old phone. i tried a different case initially on the new phone and a week later, purchased this case. this case is my favorite and will always be the one i get! i have dropped my phone and it has had no damage because of this case, and i love how it feels and it's not bulky.

I had an otterbox on my last phone and it never let my phone break. I am very hard on my phones, I have butter fingers. The case busted up in a few spots, which the company send me a new one. This is why I bought another otterbox. Does the job really well. Great company, great product.

The phone cover is fine. I had one before and I thought I ordered the same type of cover. At first i thought I had ordered the wrong cover but once I had removed all of the old cover, I realized it would fit. In all, it fits well and is build well.

After a family phone went through the wash in an otterbox with another type screen protector, damage to phone but no water inside, I knew I wanted another one. We buy one for every family phone over the years. I was a bit disappointed because my thin phone became so thick with the case on. I compared it to my 6 case and it looks 1/4-1/3 thicker. Otherwise chose my colors and love it. Wish the same protection was available in a thinner Less bulky model.

This product provides good protection for my iPhone XR. However, my previous version allowed me to clip the phone into the holster that came with my original Otterbox XR case. Now, I can only carry the phone in my pocket which is a bit of a pain.

I used to purchase Otter Box cases for my phones but they constantly broke/did not protect my phone from damage. I switched to LifeProof cases and was always super happy with the product. With the company merge, I was forced to switch back to Otter and was hoping for the best. After having the case on my phone for less than a week, both my phone and the case are broken from a drop of less than 2ft. Super bummed and will not purchase again.
