Outsidepride Tattoo Black Cherry Vinca Ground Cover Seed - 100 Seeds

I received and planted these seeds in mid February because weather conditions were Spring like in South Louisiana. The 100 seeds I received had a 17% germination rate in the month since they were planted. I contacted seller Outsidepride requesting they send me another pack of seeds because of poor germination rate and all I got was that they do not guarantee seeds germination for various environmental and conditions beyond their control. I can say that I have planted seeds and plants for many years and I have a pretty good success rate. The seeds were planted in good potting soil in two different trays with soil and weather conditions suitable enough for seventeen seeds to germinate then my question is why didn't 70 seeds germinate as implied by seller's response to my complaint. I did plant other types of seed from seeds I collected and some that were purchased and have not had problems with those seeds germinating. My wife loves flowers and planting in our yard. She plants in the ground as well as in pots with great success and was looking forward to seeing this Tattoo variety vinca periwinkle in her collection this year. I only hope that the seventeen seeds that germinated do grow and produce the beautiful flowers she expected. My comment to Walmart and the computer assisted customer service is that I do not like trying to talk to a computer and had no success trying to get my concerns expressed until I started insulting the computer. Ha Ha . I was finally transfered to a live person and had to ask her if she was a real person before starting to express my concerns. My options were limited as far as returns were concerned and I did ask her if another pack of seeds could be sent but decided on her offer to refund my payment for fear of getting the same problem with poor germination if sent from same seller. My comment to anyone interested in purchasing from this seller or these seeds is Good Luck and read reviews from other buyers. I will attempt to send photos of the two trays I planted seeds in zoom in and count the seeds. I also will send two photos of other seeds planted around the same time. Also try to send one photo some of the flowers my wife plants.

out of 100 seeds not 1 came up .. will never waste $ again .. didn't want to give it 1 star .. but zero stars wasnt an option
