I have only used it once and it it worked as advertised. The reviews were good so I decided to take a chance. I will need to use it for awhile to see if the quality holds up.
I love this ice tea maker. The one thing that attracted me the most is that it has a 3 quart pitcher with it. Able to make enough for the day for my family. Also it works great I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you!
This is a nice tea machine and is easy to use.
Easy to use only wish it had a plastic pitcher instead of the glass pitcher.
Nice to make ice tea or coffee in
This tea maker doesn't hold enough water to fill the pitcher up. It can only fill it up a little more than 1/4 of the way. It makes the tea like it's supposed to, but having to reset it multiple times before it's full is annoying. I included pictures of how full it fills.
This is described as a 3 Quart pitcher. It is not. It is 3 Litre's. Clearly states that on the box once received. A bit deceptive… was specifically looking for a 3 Quart one.

I bought because it was one of the ice tea makers that made at least 3 quarts. I have bought 2. The lid is very loose and tends to fall off. The first machine I made do because I thought it was a fluke. When the pitcher broke, I purchased another. This one is worse than the first and has made some real messes because of this. Had I known I would be cleaning counters and mopping floors after each use, I wouldn't have purchased.
