I had ordered this product about 2 years ago on Amazon and had a horrible experience. Now that I have reordered through Walmart, I have had a wonderful experience. All pieces were accounted for when I opened the box. I found the instruction manual and the assembly easy to follow and do even without the assistance of my husband. I like how it has plenty of space for the amount of dishes that I use considering I have a large family. I also like that it saves me a lot of counter space which is needed to prepare meals daily. A few of the rackets could be a little sturdier, however, it has still managed to maintain the weight of my ceramic dishes without falling or bending. Since I purchased it, it has somehow encouraged my teens to help me more with dishwashing as I suppose they see it as easier and more organized. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This is an awesome product, but make sure you double check your space because it is pretty big. I had to send it back because it wouldn't fit do to my cupboards

okay and another week this actually went together easy I made it difficult by not paying complete attention to the instructions, so I had to take the legs off and put them back on again. It is exactly as pictured, and when my daughter showed up the other day having not been here since before I installed it, her exact words were oh my gosh I'm so jealous of your dish rack! It's 100% worth the money, it's fully adjustable. You can shorten it to two levels, shorten the width for a smaller sink or use everything and make it longer. We've been using it for about a month, and it's excellent. Even the silverware compartment has a removable insert to separate sharp knives individually.

Awesome addition to a kitchen.

Easy to assemble, looks cute whenput together, can’t hold a lot of heavy items but that was expected.

OVERALL, I LIKE THE DESIGN VERY MUCH; MAYBE DESIGN THE SILVERWARE BOX TO FIT VARIOUS AREAS ON FRAME. SHELVES ARE NEAR PERFECT IN DESIGN OVERALL. WEIGHT LOAD IS DECENT FOR SHELVES, LOVE THE OVERSINK VERSITAL DESIGN.

Takes a minute to set up, go slow to not mixup the parts. The rack is tall, so it will block the view if a concern. A little light weight and need to bend a few bracket ears but it works. Loaded fully top to bottom and its still steady.

Item came with no instructions, and some parts were rusted

The look on the website is different than reality. It's not sturdy at all. I am very disappointed.
