I just got it today, but so far, I'm really impressed. I see a lot of complaints that it's really short, which it is, but I live in a small apartment so this is perfect for us. it's firm, which I love, and super soft. It does have a chemical smell, but I'm sure it will go away soon. We'll see how it holds up in the long run. The covering is really thin. It tore when I was opening the package, so be very careful with that.

This sofa is very comfortable and it looks great in my living room area it’s just the right size I am surprised at the length and everything I am very pleased and happy I picked this sofa it was wrapped very tightly in thick plastic and the most time it took was to remove the plastic I know there were a few comments and or complaints and the back rest well no complaints here I just added more throw pillows and it is cool I would certainly recommend if you are on a budget or just want something decent and not to expensive I don’t know how this would work for a taller person I’m kind of short but who knows ………

Great purchase!! It came in two large boxes that were fairly easy for me to scoot through my front door. Once unboxed, I simply cut the plastic and they rolled (or expanded) right out! It looks great and is pretty comfy!

I got these today and I love how comfortable they are and they look great and very easy to put together. Everything comes in boxes so you don’t have to struggle..

received this yesterday and i already have it set up and actually fell asleep on it. so very comfortable!

Love my new boneless black couch 10/10

Although easy to assemble, it just kind of pops open, the final chaise section is still not quite even, which makes it look a little lopsided. It is okay for my purpose I suppose but that would be one cautionary piece of this product. How would a return even be done. I could not put back in packaging.

I only received 1 box of 2. FED EX tracking%23 880520238736 . FED EX said the tracking number is only for 1 box, not 2 boxes. FED EX said the seller only sent 1 box. The sectional comes in 2 boxes. I paid over 600.00 and didnt receive 2 boxes like I was supposed to.

I’m so confused on why I only got the L part of the sofa and not the rest . I thought I ordered the whole sofa not just the L part it should have been more direct in the description and picture

Ordered this product and they sent me half of the couch. Communication is nonexistent. Worse experience ever.
