OXO SoftWorks Egg Slicer

This egg slicer works perfectly. It slices eggs easily, and the pieces come out with a consistent thickness every time. It's simple to clean, which makes it convenient for everyday use. I use the sliced eggs in tossed salads and for making egg salad, and it saves so much prep time. It's a handy little tool to have in the kitchen—straightforward, reliable, and very useful.

I needed an egg slicer. I search and though this is my second choice , I really like it. I am not a fan of plastic.. but this one's made just right.The metal does not hit the plastic. and the whole cutting ring with the wires is metal , even though it's covered in plastic to the top. I love the grip on the bottom that stops it from moving around while cutting your egg. and it has that same material on the grip to lift the lid. This was a good budget-friendly choice. I added some pictures so I hope it helps you I really do like this. and that's my perspective.

Have used this device multiple times in the past week. Sliced hard boiled eggs for egg salad sandwiches. Used to add sliced eggs to a summer salad. Tried slicing tomatoes also for summer salad.. need the right firmness and size

This egg slicer can slice your boiled eggs 2 different ways. egg stays in place and the slicer also stays in place on the counter do to the rubber footing. The blades are sharp and thin.

So easy to use and switching direction of egg in slicer after the first cut gets it all ready for egg salad or diced egg to add to recipes. It also saves time for slicing ripe strawberries.

It simply works and it is my second one. My original OXO egg slicer which i had for several years, finally said goodbye. Cant be with out this slicer . You wont be disappointed.

had one of these for along time was very hard to find another one when I broke it. I always liked this brand since it had a deep well and does not get things stuck in it. great replacement at a great price.

I was using an inferior Slicer and hated it. I purchased this egg slicer and am glad I did. Love this Slicer. Easy to use, works on eggs and avocado (that's not too ripe). Easy to clean. I highly recommend this slicer.

I used to have a Tupperware brand egg slicer. I used it all the time for hard boiled eggs and mushrooms. My husband got that egg slicer in the divorce. Oxo is a decent brand and I thought it would be a great slicer. This slicer broke the VERY FIRST use. I tried to slice a mushroom and the wires sprung from the device! I do NOT recommend this slicer.

Bought this so my 2 year old could slice her own strawberries, and also help prep simple ingredients for cooking as she likes to help in the kitchen but doesn't quite have the dexterity of patience for a knife yet, but one of the wires snapped on the first mushroom she tried to slice :(
