I love this spoon. It is sturdy, dishwasher safe, drains the unneeded liquid well, dishes up food onto a plate well and does not scratch my pans. I am thinking about getting another one.

It's a great slotted spoon and works very nicely. I like that it's not nylon so it can withstand higher temperatures and is less dangerous from a health perspective.

I used it to transfer tomatoes from the hot water to the ice water when peeling them for canning, and it was such a help. The water drains right off of the tomatoes and you don't make a mess. It's just the right size. It can also take the heat and the cold with no problem. This is going to be one of my favorite slotted spoons.

The slots in the spoon are smaller than I expected. It's otherwise a good weight and sturdy. I would prefer color options.
