Ozark Trail Oversized 30F Cool Weather Sleeping Bag, Gray

Ozark Trail Oversized Sleeping Bag is excellent in price and quality. Two can be zipped together to make a great big sleep sack. I started using a bag to sleep in hotel beds so as not to use their bed clothes and found it so comfortable I now sleep in one at home every night. Wonderful product.

Sleeping bag comes in a storage pouch (see pic), but I had expected it to be delivered in some sort of outer packaging wrap--like the myriad of prior Walmart. com purchases delivered to my home. Otherwise, I am pleased with the timeliness of delivery from time of purchase.

Well made. Very fluffy. Advertised for down to 30 degrees. It is too warm for temperatures above 50-60 degrees. I wanted it for use in a little warmer times so will be putting it aside for colder use and purchasing another that is much lighter weight.

This sleeping bag is really warm and comfortable, the only drawback is the amount of strings that just hang, they are unfinished ends. If you make the mistake of pulling on one it will unravel the whole sleeping bag. Be careful and don't pull strings and it will workout great.

Roomy and we'll made! Replaced cheaper ones with these. Nice and thick with soft flannel. Washed up great in regular washer and dryer, no shrink and zippers sewn well. Men loved the extra space to move around ! roomy and warm for summer and fall. will add liner for Oregon winter. buy them! super good deal . So I am homeless, living in my car in a relative's yard, and I got this because I started facing freezing temperatures in the 20s and 30s. I am very much plus size, so I was a bit wary about being able to fit in this thing. I can fit very well in this despite carrying most of my 300 lbs in my stomach and hips, and being 5'4" it is definitely long enough for me. Due to how I have to get in my car though, I think I'll take someone else's advice from a different review and get another and combine them for easier entry. When I tell you this thing changed my life, it did. I used to wake up all throughout the night freezing, and I'd wake up exhausted from clenching in the fetal position for so long until the sun came out. With this sleeping bag, even when it gets down in the 20s I just need a blanket on top. I took a star off for quality and value mainly because mine came with a loose thread, but I can't return it because I need it. The thread just keeps unraveling no matter how much I cut it, so I'm going to get a cheap tube of fabric glue to fix it. Also because it has a weird almost nauseating smell to it. Overall, I would most definitely buy again (and will eventually to make it bigger).

Purchased these sleeping bags to make one large sleeping bag for our queen size blow up. These are huge! Agree with other reviews that the stich finishing needs some work, but I washed and dried them and snipped off any loose threads and had no problems zipping the 2 together. Super warm and comfy and when time to pack up, they actually fit back into their storage bags without too much trouble. Great purchase for the price!

Pros: Warm, double zip together for 2 of them, %26 possible open zipper for feet. Fair quality for price. Washed up nicely to use for grandchildren's periodic sleep-overs. Carry bag. Cons: Poor quality sewing. Used basting stitch instead of regular straight stitch for cross stitching inside bags. Some backstitching used but sometimes just loose threads. Carry bag tight, doesn't stretch when repacking bag. Ozark Trail brand has traditionally been a good brand. Though it says, "Made in the USA", ever since manufacturing went overseas, it seems more difficult to find good quality workmanship..

Picking out a sleeping bag for my 14 year olds camping trip- I ordered 5 different bags online to see which he liked best- this was the 1st one opened and the only one we need to open! The “oversized” feature is perfect for him- He is 5'11 and built like a linebacker. He has room to move around without feeling restricted. The feet area unzips so he can have his feet sticking out too. It's silky inside and out. The zipper seems to work without any issues. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the loose threads along the inner flaps that zips together. So hopefully those won't create any zipping issues. (I'm afraid to cut the strings due to unraveling) Overall we like it a lot! And for the price- I'd recommend it if you have a person who doesn't like the restrictions of a regular sized sleeping bag. And it was delivered same day! Would buy again
