We bought this scale five months ago. It seemed to be an incredible value at the time and the longer I have it the more I think that. I like that you don't need to tap it before stepping on it to weigh yourself. I am a little nearsighted, and I like that the weight continues to display for several seconds after I step off the scale which allows me to bend down to make sure I read correctly... though the display is about as large as any I have seen.
The scale is modern, easy to use, and consistent--especially for the price. I bought it to replace a cheap dial scale, and I have not be disappointed. The glass design fits a variety of decor, but is strong enough to hold the weight of my 350+ lb husband.
It came a day earlier than Walmart promised. I glanced through the instructions, popped the battery in, and have been using it daily. In fact, having a super accurate scale induced me to go on a diet and lose some excess weight. It's win, win!
Easy, simple to use, plain sleek scale which is exactly what I was looking for. The only downside is that you can only get accurate readings on a flat surface which is a little inconvenient for me since my home is fully carpeted but that's not too big of a problem. Also the "white" color is not actually white, it's slightly blue but I wasn't expecting it to be white anyways and I'm happy with the baby blue.
I bought this because I need a larger reading scale and the max limit was high enough to cover. It comes on as you step on it, (unlike my old one that I have to lift one corner off the ground and let it drop to get it to reset). The weights are a consistently 2-3 pounds lighter than my other scale, and 1-2 pounds lighter than my Doctor's office scale. The only concern I had, (have) is the main plate you stand on is made of glass and I wonder how well it would hold up if something heavy was dropped on it, or you were to drop the scale on the floor while moving it. For the price I paid for it along with free shipping to site to store you can't beat it for an inexpensive way to monitor your weight outside your Doctors office.
Positives: Thick solid glass plate to measure on. Easy readable digits on the screen. On the technical side: weight calibration magnets safely secured and not easily damaged from sliding on tile. Negatives: No backlight display. Im not sure if another model has this feature but this is the only reason it received 4⭐️ (stars)
We bought this scale to help my sister lose weight and be able to weigh herself as our other scale limit was 300. Unfortunately this scale is off by 3-4 pounds, step on it again its off even more.
I don't really like this scale. If I weigh myself 3 times back to back I get 3 different numbers. It's inconsistent so you can't really know how much you weigh, and the number doesn't usually stay on as long as advertised. It blinks like twice and is gone, so if buying it make sure you look down in time. I do not recommend this and am looking for a different one.
trading the wrong wright pounds. Who can fix it? Thank you.
Could not get accurate weight. It varies every flipping time I use it. And it's a 20-10 lbs variant. I have moved it multiple times and waited for it to "recalculate"...to NO avail. Purposely left it in same spot over a week and are getting ridiculous readings (varies within 2 minutes)... GARBAGE. Total Waste of Money
