My daughter is so excited about this tent. She's is having a blast with it. It's great that she can use it on the bed so we have floor space still. We love it!
Bought this for my niece in California. She received it sooner than the date stated. This tent is strong enough for children to enjoy and let their imagination take over. I do not regret buying this tent since brings me joy to see my niece who is 5 years old so happy. Do not expect a heavy duty material tent because it is not but it is strong enough for kids to have a good time indoors. It does not come with a mattress cover but it doesn't matter since still looks great and my niece absolutely loves it. Is big enough for 3 small kids to play in comfortably . Great gift for children with big imaginations !
This play tent was very easy for a beginner (grandma) to put together. The instruction were very easy to follow and didnt take long to put together, and I was able to do this by myself. It was well worth the price to see the granddaughters face 2 1/2 yrs old, as she has out grown the play pen she was sleeping in, and we both had fun playing and sleeping in the cottage bed. ( She didnt fall out once) YAY! GREAT IDEA! THANKS! ;)
this tent is perfect for a small child and as I said a small child I just didn't feel it was roomy enough two could definitely not sit in it comfortably
Rated 4 stars because the measurements were off, so it didn't fit as I had hoped. It's taller than listed. It was easy to set up, but due to being taller than expected, the install process was not smooth. I searched for days to find a tent for a compact space and this should've been the tent, but it's 2 inches taller than described, so it scratched up the ceiling.
kids likes sleeping in the tents and it is easy to setup. The added benefit is that the tents keep the air temperature slightly higher in the tents than the room temperature during winter. My kids beds are smaller than the standard twin size as they were purchased at IKEA but the tents fit.
This item has allowed my 6 year old to want to stay in her own bed throughout the night. She loves it! Just wish the price wasn't as steep. Overall, great buy!
I like the tent because it keeps them out my hair for a while.i make them wait till night time till get in. They take they iPads, little flash lights and baby dolls in there with them and they chill until they fall asleep.
The product is no longer as described on walmart.com. It does not come with the bottom sheet that the tent velcro's to but rather just an elastic skirt to hold it to the bed. I feel it is a much cheaper model and could have safety issues because a child's foot could easily get caught in the skirt when they are getting out of bed.
It's cute, it has all that she wants so that I now finally have my 7 year old going to sleep in her own bed for the first time in her life without my having to walk her there but the quality of this tent is VERY poor. The velcro tabs I can't see lasting long, especially if she plays in it. The material is MUCH thinner than I thought it would be, not at all like a true tent thickness. The door enclosure doesn't zip, which you can't tell from the picture or the description which would make this tent a better value and longer lasting in my opinion because it does NOT open all the way to the side as shown in the picture. Being that my child is sleeping in her own bed is the only reason I'm not returning this product. When the material rips (which will only be a matter of time) I plan to use it for a template and make a sturdier one using the existing poles, which is the only good thing I can say about the product. The poles are just as described with elastic and are very sturdy as you would expect with a real tent.
