i appreciate that it is sulphate free. the shampoo and conditioner work together and i like how my hair feels soft and silky! less tangles. my hair is very fine, and tangles easy. i also bought 3 other Pantene products: Smooth, hydrating anti-frizz serum Miracle rescue 10in1 multi-tasking spray Miracle rescue split end repair i love them all! i get a lot of compliments on my hair, it is natural platinum/gray, and it shines!

Suffering from brittle, dull %26 hair loss so I tried this out. Noticed an improvement after a couple washes, love that it doesnt leave my hair feeling weighed down. Conditioner reminds me of the stuff that comes with box hair dye for reference.

its a little pricey, but great products! i have really dry, coarse hair and these products tamed and nourished my hair leaving it softer, healthier and with more shine. it didnt leave my hair looking greasy or frizzy!

this is one of the worst shampoo and conditioner's i have ever purchased. leaves my hair in knots. my hair feels like straw. definitely not worth $20bucks. absolutely ridiculous. I'm going back to my dove. cheaper and is amazing. come on pantene do better, especially for the price.
