Love the Paper Mate gel metallic pens and all the different pastel shades are perfect for me...but because I'm female they appeal to me ...especially young females might enjoy these pastel shades and might want to use them for their notebooks ; however, I recommend these for students who are able to use pastel colors in doing their paperwork might have fun with these pastels!!.
The metallic colors are so pretty. I like to make my own gift tags and fancy pens make them sparkle . So far, they have not been glitching. The ink is a good medium point, I prefer medium over fine.
I use them in my coloring or markmaking on watercolor paintings. They are so smooth. Colors are beautiful. I love them. I ordered these to send to my friend.
These are great pens to add some flair to your every day writing. They are especially nice since they are still pens so you can use them for regular writing as opposed to the marker style metallics. Definitely would recommend.
These are finicky. The ink is smooth and sparkly, very pretty. But the writing experience is not fluid, the ink stops and starts a lot.
Worst pens ever, disappointed in this company, usually they make great products. They don't write smooth at all, they stick on paper and the ink separates on the paper. Worst purchase! Don't waste ur money.
got these pins as I am a writer. I did not open them and try to use them for 2 days. that was waiting for my other pins to expire or run out of me whichever came first. not one of those pens would work. not one. I'm in a wheelchair I'm disabled and I have no one to take him back to the store, and I couldn't get anybody to and I paid over $11 for that little pack of pins. I thought I've gotten bad pins before, but this time I really got ripped off. I still have those pins or kind of dirty from being in with the other pins but nevertheless, I never got to use one of them. colossal waste of my money. and I'm on a fixed income. I thought I'd treat myself and buy these. what a great big disappointment it was I would expect more from papermate.
It's a super sweet concept but the gel doesn't roll and I can't get the pens to actually write 75% of the time. But when I can get it to write (for a couple minutes before it doesn't deposit ink anymore) the colors are pretty! Maybe good for bullet journaling if you use grid paper to track habits but I wouldn't use this to write anything more than a post it note due to loss of ink and paper tearing trying to get it to write again
I really wanted to love these, but they are a total letdown. The writing experience is anything but smooth; it feels like the top is scratching the paper rather than gliding over it. Worst of all, the ink is not continuous. They skip constantly. Using these is more aggravating than fun. Save your money.
These ballpoint pens are useless! The ink flow gives out multiple times in each sentence I write. All of the colors are affected and two packs of pens are useless!
