If you read the directions, this shredder works great. it really will only take eight pieces of paper at a time as long as they're not thick. the garbage can fills up pretty quickly depending on how much you are shrugging but this is definitely meant for someone who doesn't have a lot. It was perfect for my one person office to start my business..

I really like the shredder but I wish the lid snapped on, it is a little annoying that it doesn't. BUT the shredder works great.

It works ok, the container could be a little larger as it fills up quickly, and base made a bit wider to help the stability as its top heavy and easy to knock over.

Top heavy, so it tips over easily. I shredded about 40 pages and the trash can was full. It worked as advertised, but I would recommend household use only.

It's a nice looking paper shredder. The only “ issue “ it the size of the paper AFTER shredding… is still readable, boomer.!!! Not destroy the person information… I will keep it just because my Arthritis doesn't allows me to break the mail that I don't need anymore. It hurts my fingers and hands to be ripping it.

This shredder is only for occasional light use. The bucket is cheap and hollow-like, not sturdy. Thought the price and previous reviews validated the purchase. I'll be returning the item.

I can't recommend the product because it was never received. I got a message saying the label was created by the company and "shipped". Then a week later they cancelled the order with no explanation. Strangely enough, after it cancelled, the price went up quite a bit. I won't be ordering from that company again.
