No more plastic water bottles delivers your water cold and it even has a hot water department so you can just take your tea cup for anything over there. I would love it. Wish I had bought years ago plus Walmart has refills at a very reasonable price for your machine.

We purchased this after my MIL got one. Before we were filtering our water but it kept breaking on our faucet. This is a great fix and the water is less expensive than bottles and more environmentally friendly!

I followed the instructions and yet the hot water does not work. It dispenses room temperature water. I also noticed it makes a noise and my boyfriend who is trying to fix it can't seem to find out why it isn't heating. The cold water function works amazing! Unfortunately the heating function does not :(

i accidentally ordered a top loading water dispenser but I physically need bottom loading. This has not been opened. I was gone on a family emergency when it came. can I exchange?

Very small tray area so only small cups can fit inside of it. That's the only thing we don't care for it is a smaller. Although the unit being small it's not as tall to lift the bottles up

The hot water only worked 1 time. The next day I requested support %26 was told that someone would be getting back with me about the issue. No one ever got back to me. I'm super disappointed the hot water doesn't work. I am even more disappointed that no one got back with me about the issue. The dispenser itself isn't inexpensive so to have one of it's main functionality features not work %26 to not get any resolution is very frustrating.

shipped fast. hot water does not work. tried to get a refund. AI assistant straight lied and said I'd get a replacement. never happened. 3 weeks later nothing.

Beware!! Quickly found the reason why it was on sale. Walmart should not sell this brand anymore. Item started to smoke and the heating element started to melt the plastic all around it almost causing a fire. This happened immediately after turning it on for the first time. But a different model.

I've been trying to get in touch with this company to return this item because I ordered a bottom loader and received a top loader. The company not only scammed me more than once through Paypal, I will no longer be dealing with Paypal or possibly the Walmart website after this. I just wanted to return this item and get the one that I wanted.

i was excited to receive this water dispenser because it was reasonably priced and it had the hot/cold settings. I plugged it in and within 3 minutes, it started making a buzzing sound and started to smoke! The smoke had a chemical smell that overpowered the household and I had to sit it outside immediately!
