Shampoo one gets my hair clean and makes it shiny and smell good. I have used it exclusively for a long time and love it!

Very unhappy with the change in formula
I feel incredibly betrayed by the "same great performance" claim on the rebranded bottles. The performance of the new formula is decidedly worse. I have loyally used this shampoo for over 20 years. But it can't keep my greasy scalp under control anymore. Increased price for inferior product. Very disappointed. Bring back the old formula. It would at least be worth the price.
