Love this! I put it in my yogurt every Morning to get in some extra protein. I usually add it to My Vanilla Plain Yogurt and it tastes like Peanut butter yogurt. I have also put it in My Strawberry shortcake yogurt and i also like that, but not as much as the vanilla with the PB2 mixed in it.
This is my first time of trying this powder. It is absolutely excellent. It tastes just like peanut butter. I haven't gotten the consistency the way I like it yet, but I'm mixing it in with other stuff so it doesn't really matter. The taste is absolutely excellent. I am so glad I made this purchase. I will definitely be buying again in the future if it doesn't get too expensive.
PB2 PURE powder is a healthy alternative to prepared peanut butter using palm oil. This powder version allows for so many tasty food options. Scan the QR Code on the PB2 label to find a fortune in Recipes. Example: adding 2 TBS of PB2 to 3/4 cup plain yogurt and you've got a delicious 30 grams of protein. Nice!
I was surprised about this product. Who would've thought that powdered peanut butter could taste so good. The reduction in fat and sugar between regular peanut butter and powdered PB2Pure is dramatic. My suggestion is to buy a small container and try it out. There are two different types PB2 and PB2 pure. Read the labels so you know the difference and you will be hooked.
Started making smoothies to gain some weight and get more protein in diet. Was recommended by Dr to try this. Mixed a TBS into vanilla Greek yogurt and the taste was so surprising, a lot like the peanut butter pie I make w/o the bad stuff! Mixes in easy, taste is surprisingly delicious, can't wait to find more ways to use this great product in baking and everyday cooking. LOVE IT! My son wanted me to get some for years and wish I listened to him but when the Dr said to get it am SO glad I did, next time, listen to my son! 65 and learning how to keep body happy and adding this makes whole body and taste buds dance for joy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love this stuff. It is lower in calories and fat than jarred peanut butter. I mix a couple of tablespoons in a small bowl with water, vanilla, a little sugar free maple syrup and mix! You determine the consistency of the peanutbutter by how much water and other things you add in- great alternative to high sugar , high fat alternatives. Good price and very fast delivery!
While it's waaaay too much to ever finish, it's perfect and healthy for distracting my doggie while I give her subcutaneous fluids. She loves it. I can make it any consistency which is perfect for us. Me? I like it with a little sweetness, so I sweeten it. I am one of the first people to use PB2 about 20 years ago. It's peanut butter and you can control the consistency.
I'm addicted to this! I put it in everything. Flavor is great and you can even add things to it if you want to enhance the flavor, but it's definitely not needed. I use it in oatmeal, desserts, with my fruit or yogurt and even by itself as a snack. LOVE that it is so low calorie.
No sugar/no salt is as good as it gets when you have allergies. So far, I have, added it to oatmeal with good results and made a very passable dipping sauce with this peanut powder, cocoa powder, honey and mashed avocados. A couple hours in the fridge and it thickened into a mousse consistency. It's easy to use, A 1:1 ratio of powder to water and whisk together, it does thicken as it sits.Very mild peanut flavor, not overpowering or sweet in this version, and a helpful protein booster in many applications.
Luckily this on powder has a great taste because you'll be chewing clumps of it. I “mix” this in protein shakes, but use the word mix loosely. My shakes come pre-mixed in individual bottles, so I don't use a blender. I try to incorporate PB2 but inevitably end up chewing the clumps because the powder doesn't mix well in liquids AT ALL. It's annoying, but luckily the powder tastes good and isn't grainy or chalky.
