Pb2 Plant based Powdered Peanut Butter in a Jar- 6.5 Oz - shelf stable

Actual peanut butter does not blend well in smoothies so this is a great alternative. It has a great peanut butter flavor and adds a dose of protein. I like to mix with chocolate almond milk and a banana.

Okay, so I just recently learned that peanut butter is not a food source of protein. I have kind of veered away from it since then because I am counting my calories. I had several recipes that called for it recently, so I bought the powder to give it a try. You cannot tell that it's not regular peanut butter!!! Taste great in cookies and the calories are much lower. It allows me to enjoy sweets without going over my limit! Plus, you use less powder than regular PB. Definitely worth a try.

I prefer this in my smoothies, so easy, so clean, and so convenient to use. It's a healthy choice, as well. I don't mix with water and use directly as peanut butter on sandwiches.

Adds a very good peanut flavor. I coat each half of a whole wheat English muffins with I Can't Believe It's Butter spray to make this PB2 powder stick to the English muffin. Else, the powder is so light that it easily blows off to make a mess. The powder is very light, and easily blows everywhere, including on my clothes. I only need to add the flavor of peanut butter which this powder affords, but at a third the calories, a tenth the fat, and two-thirds the carbs compared to regular oil-based peanut butter paste. A great dieting alternative to get peanut butter flavor. Many folks use this in a smoothie, but I don't do those. I use this on [breakfast] bread, so I get my daily taste of peanut butter. At times, I dip a teaspoon into a jar of peanut butter paste. I can instead do the same with this powder, but, of course, it is very dry. I suppose it could also be used in a stir fry instead of, or in addition to, peanut oil. If I need to make a paste, I can mix this with some avocado oil, or water if diabetic, like me. I rarely need it as a paste other than in mouse traps.

So far so good. Still experimenting with recipes. It's a good replacement for regular PB.

This is another great benefit for my health just add water and the taste is good helps for daily protein.

I add a couple of scoops of this dry peanut powder to the runny natual peanut butter I buy from Trader Joes to give it a thicker consistency.

This product is constantly amazing….unfortunately I cannot even eat this one. It is completely smashed so hard seal is broken. The other PB2 is just dandy.
