Only had short time but seam to b comfortable.

They are just what my feet and legs needed! Just the right arch support for my flat feet. They last a long time! I wear them 8 hours a day and after almost a year just ordered a new pair. Worth the price for me!
These insoles are very comfortable and great for plantar fancietitis. The price is definitely better than many out there.
Buying for 3rd or 4th time. If you have arch foot they are great. Just don't cut too small it has to be an exact fit. Take your laces off completely when inserting and fitting and open the tongue. Air shoes out the day before and sanitize and make sure the shoe surface is cleaned.

Needed a second pair of inserts for my running shoes. So far, for the price these are good.
I have flat feet and was very hopeful these would help especially considering how expensive they were. After wearing them for an hour my feet had started wearing them out, after wearing them to work twice my feet had flattened the insoles amd i was now walking on very hard plastic and it hurt to wear them. 0 out of 10. Would not recommend
