Pedal Cycle Exercise Bike

I love it. I sit it on my desk to exercise my arms. Then sit it on the floor to exercise my legs. I was sore at first but now I'm a happy cycler.

Good exercise bike for sitting down and go for stretching and exercising the legd

Use it for upper and lower body. Great to have easpecially when times I cannot go outside.

I purchased this item upon a request from my doctor. Having osteoarthritis in both knees, he recommended biking, as a low impact exercise. Since I have other medical factors, I decided this would make the best of everything. Packaging and instructions, were simple and easy to follow. Compact so easy to store when not in use. I am planning on using this item also to strengthen my arms. Setting it on a table, allowing me to "pedal" with my hands.

came totally dis-assembled had to be put together, wants to slide everywhere

Overall the pedal cycle is great. BUT it needs more welding where the pedals attach to the base. Mine started to break after only 2 days of use and I had to take it to my local welding shop to have it welded more solidly (extra $15), now it works great. It's lightweight and easy to move around.

It was hard to put together with not enough parts!! I had to use what I had. Every time you use it the middle part slides out!!!

The item is a waste of money! I put it together and used it a total of twice before the metal actually cracked for the pedals.

Instructions were confusing to someone who doesn't know the terms. Parts were not labeled in the legend to know what they were talking about. Slides across the floor with each peddle. after several peddles the nuts came unscrewed. So not worth the money
